I’m on my third lease here. It was better before Greystar owned the apartments. The apartments were cleaner before the switch. I got a couple letters stating that if I renewed my lease this last time I’d get an Amazon gift card. Two months and four phone calls later I haven’t gotten it. They keep telling me it’ll be “a week” until available. WHY OFFER SOMETHING YOU CANNOT PROVIDE. I’m extremely irritated. Other apartments are offering MONEY off rent for renewing leases and this place can’t even give me a $75 gift card. Ridiculous.

I have been living here for a few months, and I have truly enjoyed my time here. The staff are kind, places are kept clean, and the apartment is very spacious and high quality. While this doesn't deduct a star for me, the water pressure in the shower is a little low, but that may be because I am on the 7th floor. I have a north facing apartment and I have been extremely happy with my time here so far. If anyone is looking for a high quality apartment managed by a good company. I recommend this one, I stayed in another grey-star community in Seattle and was extremely happy with it.

Fancy words when you move in, but not doing anything when you’re living. The worst customer service ever. They made their policy based on their mind. They are happy to serve you when they are happy. However, the guy which is new to the office is frozen face everyday. You have to look at their face, if they are happy to give you your packages. Fraudulence Service to residents. Even they are not matching evidence. No training and education for staffs. Talking without the service, otherwise is perfect the floor plan, the security, and the neighbors. Welcome to live here without any communication with their poor staffs. Have a nice stay~

I have been living here for over a year. I am a professional and where I live and work is an important part of who I am. A major benefit we enjoy living here is the use of the conference room and family center. I use it almost daily to meet my clients and they are very impressed with the office like environment. The building and property is well kept and the maintenance staff is on top of any issues or request to fix most problems within the same day. Jamie Turner the Property Manager is very good at managing both buildings and knows all of the residents on a first name basis and is well liked. Mia the office assistance is very good at keeping residence information correct and advising us of mail or packages left for us to pick up. Living here is more than just another apartment living experience..this is home and I love living here.
