Awful complex, and I am not just talking about the building. The leasing staff is full of uneducated and lying members. Between Ashley Little and Nichole Mosley you will always be beating yourself up that you chose to live here. Make sure you always get your information in writing as they will tell you one thing and the next day it will be another. No one is ever in the leasing office so do not expect to get help that way either. Take your money somewhere else because this place is not it. - Kaeli, respectfully, bullying and strong arming us into folding and paying an extra $1500 on top of what we prepared to do via the information we relied on and received from Ashley is not what I would call "working out the issues". As it stands nothing has been done on VUE's part to "Amend the issues", and with that I still would not recommend VUE to ANYONE. When accountability and action is taken by VUE to correct the issue I will then rethink my opinion.

The maintenance of Vue22 is really good. There team is very quick to respond. Gabriel in particular has been really helpful and fast in helping out. I highly recommend them.

Cant give 0 stars apparently. Moved here in March and everything was totally fine. for the most part. and then it seemed like week after week everything got worst. now the garage has been broken for like 2 months and multiple cars have been broken into, the office, and more. Im surprised this place has been put on the Military blacklist yet. IF you are military i would advise not to rent here. I expect some random excessive cleaning fee even thought my place will be spotless when i move.

The place itself is nice but the staff is questionable. We were told that we would have access to the gym even though the leasing agent knew that the gym was closed due to Covid. We were also promised hardwood floors and we don't have them. We were also told we would have granite counter tops with a backsplash, we have neither. When we brought these issues up the staff essentially said "oh well nothing we can do". I would make sure to get everything in writing before making a commitment to this place just to cover yourself since we are paying for numerous amenities that we don't have. Update: Literally the worst place I have ever lived in. I tell everyone I know to never come here. Management is a joke, the office staff rarely do anything and most of the time are late and leave early. This complex is the dirtiest place I have ever lived in and the least safe. Cars get broken into, the garage door is broken, the fob to get into the P2 elevator has been broken for months and any random person can roam the hallways. Nothing ever gets done here and everytime we've brought up an issue Kaeli and front staff they either called us a liar or just didn't do anything. DON'T RENT HERE!
