My review keeps disappearing, so I'll use bullet points. > slow elevators and filthy common areas > cars parked in garage constantly getting broken-into > units being broken-into > packages getting stolen > hidden fees usually adding up to an additional $300 a month > two separate management companies running the property, and neither of them really care about the residents > homeless camp next-door TL;DR: You shouldn’t be paying this much for an apartment like this, and you will end up having to pay a lot more in dealing with all the headache that comes with living here. I do not want a canned generic response to this review. I will update this review in a few months to see if anything is addressed. EDIT: My lease is almost up, and I’ve been sent a renewal agreement. > base rent is increasing by $200 a month > the garage fee is increasing The improvements: > the garage door was fixed (though people will still park in your spot) > the trash chute was only overflowing once > front desk staff seem generally friendlier

Have had my car broken into 3 times and guests broken into twice. The homeless from the camp down the hill wander inside the common areas and steal packages and sleep in the theatre. The management company does nothing to mitigate this, and it is an all around unsafe environment to live in.

Apex Apartments is super sick. A real live professional Gym for personal fitness. A beautiful clean swimming pool. And the apartments are fricking designed to give the most usuable space. The problem with most apartments is that you can hear everybody else in their apartment. Not at Apex this building was constructed right. I highly recommend checking this place out. Oh! And there is hella sick inside parking that keeps your car safe and ensures you always have a close parking spot 🤘🏴☠️🤘 Apex apt. Gets the 206ness

I am a resident here and couple days ago, I went to ask to view a new unit but Tiffany was very rude to me after she kept me waiting for a whole hour and then rushed me to leave, when viewing the unit claiming she had other appointments, which was a lie. Also I went to the office today to seek for assistance with my apt key, since but Tiffany in a rude behavior started to charge $200 for keys and all I wanted was just to get in the house and I had not lost the keys. She was also very rude to my wife, when she tried to make her understand why we needed a key to our unit.Tiffany is just unprofessional and I don't expect bad treatment from the management office especially when I am a resident here and calls are never answered whenever one calls for assistance in that office.
