I spoke to a very unprofessional white older lady. She actually hung up in my face because I asked for her NAME. Ver combative. Did not help me at all.

Started calling when they were supposed to be open doing business hours called all day long no one never picked up and then after lunch the line kept being unreachable. Decided to go by there it had a note on the building saying due to covert please call lots of luck for anybody who needs them like I did. Parking there is $6 so I decided to park around the block glad I did because I really didn't have the money to pay for parking and just think if I had spent the money that I did have I would be a lot more in need. This day and time it makes me feel like the County Government is failing us who voted them in office.

They are awesome. They assisted me with my Will and Advanced Directive. I recently called for assistance and they were not taking any case till middle August. They are great.

Can a hotel just tell you to leave for non payment after being there for longer than 3 months? Or do they have to evict me with civil papers?
I'm not a lawyer only FORMER paralegal but...🤔 I do not think anyone can be fired officially with out written notification. Reach out to G.A.D.O.L. for a much better answer.
Nope only 1st & last & Prorate at move in.
You can go online and complete a contact card and someone will call you.
Call them they are good
Call legal aid. Someone there can explain your next move
I would call an make an appointment or show up before 8am an see some one. They may can help you.
Anywhere from 30 to 60 days and yes continue to pay rent unless told otherwise
It depends on the new owner. You have to go to mediation or at least talk to someone about your current lease.
Yes they do, you just have to call them at the times they're open.
Call them... It's the only way for you and them to understand what you need .
I just had a great attorney from legal aid.. they help with divorce, child/ren custody.. You'll have to wake up early and be there by 9am because it's first come, first serve.. Good luck🤗
The lawyers who works with legal aid only can assist with some cases , they have alot of resources but far as preparing i believe they can helped you with your situation. It depends on what the lawyer studied and how well they can helped you prepare.
I don't know. They are a case by case agency. Call them and ask. They'll direct you.
First you ask a very good question one that should be answered publicly for it affects so many. Second I am NOT an attorney and I honestly do not know the right answer. If there's no other place to get online go to any publc library and Google this question exactly as you asked here and see what ia provided there. If thid doesn't work contact Channel 46 here's in Atlanta ask request to speak with someone on their legal affairs team. Someone there should know.
