The building should be shut down. No one is allowed in it, no one answers the phone, no one calls you back when a message is being left according to the prompts. Employees are getting paid to not serving the public. 2 thumbs down. I have reported this with the state and the county.

Big waste of time. Ive tried to get help there on and off since the opening. It seem homeless means transant and transant mean your not getting any help. I been stuck in Winchester for 5 years. Today I guess they didnt know some was there and the lady who I brings you into the program I dont know her name was screaming from her office to another lady in hers. Talking about one of the people they were there to help. It turns out the person waits to be a nurse. But cant because see had drug problems and other thing in her pass that will keep her from that kind of work. I really didnt expect any help for me but that conversation I heard today was a big surprise and I dont think its a one time thing. It appears they are also looking for work also and not because i said anything because i didnt until now.

Anytime you are unemployed for any reason other than a lack of work layoff, you are scheduled for a fact finding interview to determine if you are eligible for benefits. You will not know until after that hearing.
