This place treats inmates as guilty from the get go. Patients requiring medicine don't get their meds when they are supposed to and the records department are just rude. I'm lodging a formal complaint with the VARJ.

I have neen trying for days to find an inmate there to give money too. I dont even know if he'd get it i think im going to call my senator about this place. By the reviews, someone needs to look into this place. This isn't 1930.

The ex cons were able to over hear my situation and explained where I can get it I went to court and they heard my situation and was super helpful to me not racist at all.

The officers will give her paper and pencil when she gets in, after that she can buy them. If she has no money she can sign up to get free envelopes and paper once a week. The main jail address is 143 Fort Collier rd, Winchester, Va, 22602. You can write her there. Hope this helps.
