I really enjoy this place. The Manager is very helpful. The other night and as usual we had a spectacular time. The Improv Group was funny without being crude. Real life is funny enough without having to be vulgar so this was a delight to all of us at the table. Their music events are awesome and I really feel that this is a great place for the whole family as long as you look at the ratings. This event was marked For all so we knew it was great. The food is always delicious and good sized portions.This is seriously one of the best venues around for consistently good shows. I am a big fan because my background is hospitality management and I think they carry off their service perfectly. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because of an experience at a valentine’s mystery dinner play. It was not marked “adult rating” so I bought tickets for our group. I and even the gentleman at our table found it exceedingly crude. I will leave it at that, so not to insult anyone. I just suggest you look for their rating levels or call them if you have any questions. Enjoy.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Bright Box! The comedian was so funny!! I hope he returns. The staff is amazing. Not sure what out servers name is but she truly does a great job! Thanks to Nick for such an addition to Winchester!

Yes, most Bright Box events are all ages. If an event is 18+ it will be marked on the ticket page and Facebook event page.
Maybe 150 - 160. There is cocktail seating with 4-tops (small) and kind of a 12" ledge around the back and side walls. It is an 'intimate' venue. I am describing the performance configuration here. As a meeting room more could fit.
Yes. Street parking is free after 6:00pm. Some office lots along Cameron Street are empty in the evening as well. Pay parking in any of the garages is cheap.

No. The theater does not do refunds. I believe all sales are final. You could always reach out to them via email though.
