The falls is right near the road and there is some parking there.
It's a nice trail and perfectly safe if you stay on the trail - do not climb the falls!!!! Do not climb the falls!!!!!
Definitely not, sorry... If you are willing to carry the stroller from time to time, I'd say about 75% is jogger stroller accessible. Also, the prettiest waterfalls are directly accessable from the parking lot, no stroller needed.

This is a side of the road very short trailed to a waterfall. I don't think anybody would want to camp around the falls. I would see them at a local visiting center or call the town they would help you out that's if you're looking for a tent camping otherwise open up your Google map and do a general search for campsite
