You can't miss the Falls it's roadside the sign is dig the parking free the trail is short I would bring little kids with you or go after heavy rains early spring water will be low
No fees. Visitors center at Ceasars Head viewpoint has a donation box. Lots of trails in this wilderness area, with great vistas.
