You should be able to get a trail map from the ceasers head ranger station. But there are several posted at most trail heads. I just take a picture of one
HOURS M-Su 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., daily, during daylight savings time and 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., daily, the remainder of the year. Trails close one hour before dark, year round.
You have to hike over to Jones gap state park. They have side camping at designated camp sites. 5-6 miles. There's no camping at Mountain Bridge area. To the best of my knowledge.

There is a small area that is stroller friendly, but the majority is hiking trails and unpaved paths.
