Without a doubt. They published that the Astro's game was "filling up and almost sold out," but in reality the seats were as empty as a high school game. Buy the lowest price seat and move wherever you want. They don't look at tickets. We purchased front row and the view over the dugout was awful...We moved back. Also, bring towels to put on your seat and maybe water since they are very hot to sit on if it's sunny.
