first and last time here. walked in wrong door cause never been here before. a lady on lunch was super nice. and walked me back to where the supplies were. once back there she introduced me to a guy sweeping the floor. and said he will help you from here. the guy acted like I was a no body wasn't helpful at all. when asked where the item I needed was just pointed and said over there. acting like I was bother him and like he didn't wanna be there. that's not a way to get return customers at all!! I spend close to 2k a month on vinyl supplies. tried this place cause they had what I needed and closer to home. but if me walking in to get stuff I need is that much of an inconvenience I'll gladly take my money else where. not a great first impression what so ever.

Great place. I stopped in trying to figure out where to start with getting into screen printing some shirts for my business. Even though it was clear I wasn’t ready to really buy anything they still showed me around and went over everything they stock.
