I just wanted to thank Sean at the Grove city UPS store. The day after I had sent my daughter to Boot Camp I went into the store intending to return about 25 items from Amazon. I did not “process” The returns correctly and had to redo each item. I literally started crying when he told me this. He walked me through several times to be sure I understood what I needed to do. I proceeded to sit on the floor, cancel each return and then correctly return each so I could send them off with individual labels. I am so grateful for his kindness and patience. That seemed like a monumental task that day and it took much longer than anticipated. Getting it done was HUGE and I don’t think it would have happened without the professionalism and courtesy Shawn displayed. THANK YOU SHAWN!!!

Every time I go to this store there is a line out the door. “Aw, this is gonna take forever!” I think, but it never does. The employees know what they’re doing and they do it very efficiently and still take time to greet me, give me a big smile, and thank me for my business. This makes Amazon returns super simple and not a bit of a hassle.
