I’m not a bad reviewer but my package left this place 4 days ago to head to southeast Michigan which is typically 3 hour drive. But it’s 4 days later and usps is still waiting for the package. I called ups they couldn’t help talking about if the tracking number doesn’t have 1z in the beginning it’s not our package. Based off other reviews looks like I won’t be seeing my package anytime soon. Like who is running this place. They need to be shut down immediately. Someone look into the LLC of this business in the states website and contact that person directly. Such disappointment.

Apparently this is the black hole of ups facilities. Sad because i have been boycotting fedex for years because of service like this. They have had my package for a week. Here is my question: Will my package be delivered within the next week???

I hope so. If you follow the comments probably not though. The process here is aged and the service suffers because of it.

How do i speak to an actual person at this location? Customer service line only had a voicemail set up. My package is suppose to be expedited and its been sitting for 5 days at this location.. ive called my local post office x2 and they dont have it

This would not be possible because this facility just sorts packages by numbers that indicate the city the packages are going to and no one at this facility really looks at who it belongs. It could be taking a little longer because of the storm.

They are soooo unorganized at this facility in Grove City Ohio...idk how anybody will receive a package if it goes thru that hub ... I work there and idk wht tf im doing whn im there Idk who my supervisor iz ...its filthy and duurty no air ventilation..this place should be shutdown frfr
