I applied for a property and received what is basically an automated response about the application process. They use a 3rd party for background checks which took twice the time we were told, then we never received a response regarding out application. It's been almost a month since we applied and at this point I'm convinced they stole our application fee a aren't going to do anything more.

Been denied in the past because I didn't have any rental history and no co signer and had rude issues when I asked questions about my denial and app fee they said they would work with me then took that app fee money I'm wondering should I try again?
