Karen Evans sold my daughter's home last year, in a single day. She said she would sell it within days and, that is exactly what she did. My daughter was buying a home directly from the owner. Grove City was initially founded by William F. Breck in 1852 and was situated in and around both Jackson Township and Franklin County. By 1853, the city possessed just 50 residents. It wasn’t until 1870 that the population tripled in size and Broadway became the heart of the flourishing settlement. The population continued to grow courtesy of the railroad making its way to town, bringing both passengers and cargo in 1891. Thanks to the daily commuter service, the population and trade increased immensely.
