Karen Evans sold my daughter's home last year, in a single day. She said she would sell it within days and, that is exactly what she did. My daughter was buying a home directly from the owner. Karen was happy to help with advise, even though she wasn't involved with the purchase. Recently, she helped my son purchase a home in a very competitive market. The house had multiple offers before it even hit the MLS. Without Karen's advise, he probably wouldn't have gotten it. Then, she took the time to walk through the property and gave him detailed advice on what renovations would and would not be wise for resale value. Karen has great expertise on the local real estate market. She is very responsive and must work around the clock. When we were bidding on my son's house, our first phone call was at 9am and the last at 9pm. You'd be hard pressed to find a realtor who will work harder for you.

Grove City was initially founded by William F. Breck in 1852 and was situated in and around both Jackson Township and Franklin County. By 1853, the city possessed just 50 residents. It wasn’t until 1870 that the population tripled in size and Broadway became the heart of the flourishing settlement. The population continued to grow courtesy of the railroad making its way to town, bringing both passengers and cargo in 1891. Thanks to the daily commuter service, the population and trade increased immensely. Workers moved into the city post World-War II in order to seek employment at the local factories, gas stations, and farms.
