I dont recommend this place for rental. I live in cortland at Johns creek. We applied for this place online and moved in before the management got changed. The new management especially the staff is worst. And we were not aware the front door place is disgusting because of our neighbours before move in. I have 2 year old and also he suffered with diarreaha almost 2 weeks. So we complained multiple times to clean the area. Its been more than 2 months since we moved into this place and issued a compliant. But instead of resolving the issue i received rude and harsh words from the service manager asking the first one "do u live outside of your fromt door" and second one "I dont have time to answer your stupid questions". Im a woman he didnt even showed minimum respect while saying this rude words. I have rented this home and paying myself. I dont know what right he has to ask do u live outside of my front door.

I moved out over a month ago. They mentioned to me that I would receive my deposit back within 30 days and that I didn’t owe them anything. They have my new address and all my current information; however, I have yet to receive my deposit, and when I call and ask, they continue to give me excuses, and know-one seems to know where my deposit is. The Corporate office doesn’t answer, and the apartment community I moved from is clueless. It’s ridiculous that you owe someone money and continue to be incompetent.

A 20/something...manager. Management is all about moving up and impression to corporate. No care or concern for tenants
