The current property staff is not the best in my opinion. They take numerous days to respond to issues. When you send them emails they ignore and provide no sense of urgency. When issues arise they leave you waiting. I have had to send multiple emails and reach out to corporate many times just for an issue to be resolved. The staff should do a better job with communication with tenants.

When screening our applicants, we use a third party verification company who assesses multiple factors. We do not have a specific number that needs to be met, all of these factors are reviewed collectively and the third party notifies us of acceptance.
Why have someone apply just to get there hopes up… they don’t accept evictions or broken leases if it’s still on your credit you will automatically be denied
