If i was able to cut the star in half i would! I came in for a tour the gentlemen at the first desk was with somone i couldn’t catch his name but he spoke and acknowledged me still even though he had somone at his desk THANK YOU!! Now as i stand and wait, the same guy tell me to have a seat somone would be with me shortly finally after he was done TEXTING he calls me over i sit at the desk with LUIS who never even greeted me. I was wanting to tour a 2 bedroom and he said “WE DON’T HAVE ANY COME BACK MONDAY TO TOUR. My problem is i set the appointment all because someone i talked to on the phone that morning told me i coukd tour and to get all the way over there just to be lied to and turned around is just UNACCEPTABLE! Ughhh and i really liked these apartments.

This rating is for the maintenance team only. The maintenance staff came by in the morning to change air filter and check on frozen pipes I suppose, but somehow he turned off the hot water as a result, on a 45 degree day. Called the office 5 times, and communicated once in person. The office promised the matter was escalated to the team supervisor and someone will “be there soon”. Waited from 12pm to 9pm left two additional messages to the “urgent maintenance request” with zero response. This issue is still not fixed as I’m typing down the review.

Love this place. The resident events are amazing and fun. The staff is awesome and the property is in good shape.

God Is Good

So I have been living here for about 3 years. We've had alot of issues. Now we have a new manager in the office her name is Jennifer Davis and she means business. I'm seeing some good changes at our community. Looks like she's getting stuff together. I was going to move out because I hadn't seen any change. But I'm going to renew my lease because I see change. The new team is very professional and responsive. I will now recommend my friends and family to the Prato at Midtown.
