Gym could have been more functional. Elevators should be cleaned regularly. The building lacks a janitor. Game room is broken. Otherwise, it’s a good price this year for all that they are offering.

We came to an apartment with a lot of damages - but Michael was nice enough to fix up almost all of them. However, we need a washer/dryer (ours was the wrong voltage) and a new television (ours is broken and needs to be replaced). We also need a package delivery system since we cannot be here all the time as students. Even if we are here, we never know when the delivery person is coming here. We also need proper WiFi since DirecTV is not cooperating. The leasing office, security and maintenance staff at 100 Midtown are nice, helpful people though.

I have loved my time at 100 Midtown! The staff are extremely responsive and helpful, and maintenance is always speedy. It is in the perfect location, so it's an easy walk to class and the Midtown area! I also love the on-site amenities! It is extremely well priced for what they offer.
