New Management is terrible! Same place but nothing has change. Place smells like weed in the hallways. Management doesn't care. It has poor lighting in the back parking lot. Looks and feels unsafe. I saw a big rat running cross the parking lot. Matt is terrible! Don't move here! Security is not at its present location. Security advised me that cars has been stolen here.

Loved the location and the office staff. The units are cute, however I think everything was made cheaply. My fridge stopped working twice ! Luckily, Shane is a nice guy and fixed the fridge situation ( the second time ) almost immediately. The first time I had to use a significantly smaller black fridge for almost 2 months. There’s space between the floors & baseboards , which allows for bugs to more easily travel from unit to unit. Showers were poorly constructed , and even after the complex had a 3rd party come in to “fix” the shower floor, it still leaked everywhere on the floor. Construction was annoying. When I moved in I was told the amenities would be completed “soon” that was more than a stretch of the truth. As of now, if you need more than just a space — I’d consider looking elsewhere until the property was completed entirely. Once it’s completed , the amenities will make the complex worth the price. But overall, everyone is super friendly. Maintenance, the security staff, and again — the office staff. Great people ! Okay property.

I agree with racists comments beware, nothing luxury about being condensing. And the NOISE from the construction is a hot mess. Its not worth it don't let those "thank you for making the city look better" reviews fool you! lol clearly they are writing these or getting people to say that. c'mom man!

Lots of improvements since I’ve moved in. I understand it takes a minute for management to fine tune procedures at a new property. I love my apartment and would recommend it to anyone moving in town. Very nice staff.
