From the rude staff to the UNCLEAN room and bathroom, everything about this place was awful. One of the blankets had hair and a sticker on it and smelled like perfume (not scented laundry detergent). The ONE washcloth in the bathroom had a hair on it. The floor was LVP and felt very sticky. The free breakfast included watered down coffee and a snack sized granola bar. Stay away!

Positive: Continue because not enough room below , my door open just so I didn't have to get the eye roll from her or her telling me I don't know how to use a hotel key. Yet when my sister had to get a new one she even offered to call maintenance and she would have Negative: I stay here often only because of the price and location. My main problem is the Indian woman that I think owns it when my key card would stop working she would go on and on about how im doing something wrong so I got to the point where I would just leave

Positive: Kindness of the night clerk. Helped with keys, changed the reservation to make it easier for 2 seniors by putting us in a ground floor room where it was quieter. Good coffee in the room; Starbucks in the lobby. An attempt to provide some food in AM. Negative: Use of room air fresheners. The one in the lobby caused me to cough and gag... the one in the room was able to be disappated with about 15 mins of keeping the door open, so I was able to sleep there. "breakfast" is not good at any hotel right now.

Lovely front desk staff! The room was spotless! Plenty of parking! Lovely, huge soft bed (king) for a great price! Keurig coffee maker in room! Full sofa! Will stay here again!
