At UVAC - The front end staff are not friendly or welcoming in any way- in fact it's quite the opposite. If you ask questions they seem inconvenienced and annoyed. When a membership is purchased, the staff didn't offer a tour or any supportive information about the facility. This facility is old, run down, and often not even having adequate showers available for use after a work out or a swim. Just the staff alone makes you want to go somewhere else to better spend your money. Not a good experience and not recommended. I feel they need way friendlier staff that offers some professional,customer service skills and to have people there that actually do want to help the paying guests. Also, it is Super overpriced for what is offered

This is a great gym, with friendly staff and an awesome pool. It is one of the only places I've been across 4 states that I am able to lap swim any hour of the day, 7 days a week. The pool is year round outdoors, and I never have trouble getting my own lane. The temp is also great for workouts. I highly recommend for swimmers!! I also appreciate the workouts provided - they are great too! Thanks, Deni!

Yes. You can bring your own lock and grab an empty locker free of charge, or you can rent a specific long term combination locked locker as an add on to your membership.

Thank you for letting us know, what time are you usually coming in? this is is the first we have heard this request and will see what we can do. If we know when you usually visit we can work on the temp at that time. Additionally the heater for the outdoor pool is getting replaced this coming week so that should be a better temp.
Before I became a member I paid $20 day pass $10 for my kid you can also talk to the front desk asking for a tour.
Angelina, a single membership is $75 a month. Many memberships qualify for corporate discounts. There is a one time initiation fee of $200 and precsessing of $25. There is a celiberation for one year of local ownership and that weekend we will be offering discounts on the initiation fees.
After a club JR program you can be here at 12. Without club jr you have to be with a parent until 16
