***Update Below The weight room is decrepit and out of date. The free-weights/machines are at least 20 years old. There are holes in the pads, the handles of machines are gross.... The membership fees are high, and if you want to use a towel, you have to pay extra!! Though I don't go to any of them, I understand the classes are nice, and that they are useful especially to the elderly. I guess if you are joining for a weight room, or for a nicely kept or well maintained environment, then you should look elsewhere. On the other hand if you are interested in classes, don't mind the musk, and have the extra money to burn this is your place! ****. There are new owners, and they are making an effort to improve the location. There is enthusiasm that wasn't there. There are improvements occurring. Machines are being cleaned, and in some cases the pads are being recovered. I still feel that for the cost there is quite a bit of room for improvement before it feels like a good value.

I go here for my physical theraphy through Adventist Health. Redwood Health Club has a contract with them. We work in the indoor pool that is a consistant temperature and is maintained fairly well.

Last night was first time going and it was wonderful. Just wish the outside pool was more heated but other that I loved it. The jacuzzi was amazing. Just wish there were more bubbles.

The last time I was there it was like $60 dollar's a month for a membership, So I'm gonna say anywhere between $70 to $80 a month, it was a few years ago when I had my membership!
There is a 225$ initiation fee for a 12 month agreement. Then it is 75$ a month for one adult
They are 20 for adult 10 for kids

I have had friends who have worked with the personal trainers there a few years back. They were happy with them. I recently went there for aquatic therapy and the trainer/ therapist was amazining! I will say this...your trainer & you will only work well if certain conditions are met. You are serious. They are realistic. And your personalities work well with one another. Idea! Go to the gym a few times and work out. Ask about to other there who you see working with trainers even staff members who they would recommend for your personal goals. Do NOT ask upper management these questions because often it will be answered with what will be in THEIR best interest. It happens in many places.
