It is a horrid place that people that live there are all waiting to die. It breaks my heart to imagine that people could be so uninvolved in this beautiful thing that I call life! As John Lennon wrote in the song"All you need is Love", not a place to go lay down and die, our creator decides when that time comes!

The restrooms are not in the best condition, but okay. The spot is a small, little trashy looking parking lot. If we would've had the time to get to another place.. We would've done it. This is just about the rv park. Not the estates.

Yes, but with restrictions. No running around outside without a leash and small dogs are preferred. Cats are inside only and no feeding the birds or squirrels.
Not kid friendly, only 55 and older.
My dad has been there 4 years. The rate has gone up several times each year. He now pays $634 /mo. Each space pays a different rate.
