As a car enthusiast and a business owner, I constantly research vehicles and market trends for my own entertainment, as well as remaining informed prior to making financial decisions. As a person who averages 1-3 vehicle purchases annually, providing extensive experience and knowledge of the industry in and out of this market. Unfortunately recent consumer experiences have been shared online and shed light on deceitful and unfair practices by many dealers. Dealerships have made record profits during the pandemic, overshadowing any prior sales year leading up, with various contacts I can verify the Fletcher group is no different. My most recent Fletcher-purchased vehicles: 2014 Toyota Corolla S, 2018 Toyota Corolla S, 2019 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium, 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE, 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic, 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road, 2020 Nissan Titan SV- Most recent Fletcher vehicles I’ve referred family to purchase: 2014 Ram 1500 V6, 2016 Ram 1500 Hemi 4x4, 2019 Dodge Challenger RT, 2020 Toyota Venza Hybrid XLE, 2021 Dodge Charger SRT 392. I write this as an update to a previous glowing google review, which I will leave posted to illustrate how far this dealership has fallen from grace. It saddens me how an organization that I’ve built trust with can choose greed over integrity, undermining the long-held relationships made. In recent history I have chosen to purchase vehicles in Arkansas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, etc.- All to avoid the unfortunate “mandatory” market adjustments and add-ons. I recently dropped off my partner’s Prius for an oil change and the service rep told me that oil and rotation were requested. I dropped the keys and upon pick up, my partner noticed the tire rotation was added but not requested on the online appointment. They told him that I signed off so there was nothing they could do about it. I had no idea, I was just dropping off keys. After a couple calls and texts with my preferred salesperson, I received a partial refund. Insult to injury, we realized that we’d been billed for a rotation that was impossible to perform as we had the only key to the locking lug nuts. I was told they have a master, however this was a blatant lie as it was an aftermarket setup. Literally the following day, while helping my parents on their second purchase in a month, I got into a heated argument with the sales manager. He wanted to sell us a used vehicle at $4k over new MSRP (original sticker in it) on a USED unit with 21k miles! I told him I was aware it’s a program car, the value, but also that the market is plummeting, which is why their inventory is stacking up and the price is blatantly inflated. He argued with me and tried to mislead that they were “struggling” to keep cars to sell. I literally watch inventory daily and know this to be untrue. At this point his tone was dismissive and hostile, all but admitting they were overcharging customers because they can, saying that as a business owner I don’t do my work for free. I explained I knew he had over $10k+ margin, and he said he would get the asking price from someone. I made it clear that we buy cars all the time and that they are burning longterm bridges for short-term gain. In two days I was overcharged, blatantly lied to about services performed/needed on my vehicle, in a heated confrontation with a sales manager, and ultimately forced to end my relationship with this company. This dealership needs an overhaul, predatory sales tactics will only hurt longterm business. Frank’s on-hold phone messages are unfortunately falling flat at this point, as the “bait and switch” and/or price gouging tactic is well within current playbook in my experience. I speak directly to the Fletcher Group- I will not buy another vehicle, refer another friend/family member to your organization, and finally, I will pull all FIVE of my Toyotas from your service department until your affairs are in order. Thankfully I have no reservations about traveling to other markets to get my business done.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to buy/sell a car. We had firm offers for our 2019 toyota Corolla hatchback XSE. We had already been approved for more than enough financing. Dan was old and slow. He didn’t even want to make an effort to check if the WRX was in stock for an hour and a half after he said he would go look. That should have been a sign. After he confirmed I told him I wanted $24k for our car. $1,000 less than firm offers from other locations, he said that they were going to give us $22k firm. No budging. Our car was in absolute perfect shape with the lowest miles for a 2019. Then they proceeded to run my wife’s credit through Toyota Financial and told us our interest rate would be over 12% even though I told him much earlier we were approved with a 8% through capitol one. said it was my fault because he said they partnered with capitol one, then why did you run it through Toyota financial Dan?! Trying to call up there was a nightmare. No one answers the phone and credit checks keep hitting our reports. I finally had to call his boss to get them to stop. Will never buy anything from this dealership or dealerships with this name attached. Instead we will shop at Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville. They offered us $23,500 without even seeing the car in person. They even gave us more when we got there. They had only one car that just came in and ran everything through capitol one and when we got there the next day all we had to do was sign and drive off with the biggest smile. Milacio even worked his day off to get us taken care of. And they don’t work off of commission but by volume so they aren’t trying to make so much money off of customers. The next day we checked the price of the Toyota and they are only selling it for $3k more than they gave us. That’s actually amazing. Usually dealerships want to make $5k+ on every car they take in on trade. Don’t trust Frank or his cronies.

We should have waited 4 months to get a Chevy. Customer service is horrible too.

Frank Fletcher Toyota has gained a life long customer. We had shopped at many places, walked out of many as well due to salesman that just didn’t care. When we met James Peters and he genuinely cared from the get go. He paid attention to our likes and dislikes and took the time to find us the right vehicle. He was great to work with and very honest. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, but James was 5 star service! We love our new Highlander and will send all of our friends and family to James!
