Customer service is horrible. Talking to some random guy who knows nothing and is overseas. Delivery drivers are lazy and don’t even bother getting off truck.

Like many others, I had issues with deliveries from the Carson location. Me and my mother were expecting something that needed a signature. Luckily my mother's package was "returned" and she got her money back. For me, they claimed to attempt to deliver it twice and claim the apartment number was missing the first time, and the second was the label was unreadable plus I was allegedly not home. Which is a huge lie, because me and my mom were home. The driver did a single tap on our door and left before either of us can answer the door. Clearly something is going on at this location and shocked the police haven't been involved yet, because this is ridiculous. We didn't have issues during the holidays. This is a recent issue since the new year started for us.

Second time I have a shipment coming and they manage to not deliver because they don't know what happened. Strange thing is that I had 2 boxes coming from the same place from Utah and until they got here 1 got lost I'm really upset because this is a $1500 package.

This Location is HORRIBLE, over a course of 6 months 3 of my packages were marked as delivered and I never received them! The drivers from this location never bring packages to my door or they simply mark them as delivered, but never drop them off! I tracked my package stood outside for an hour package was marked as delivered, but the driver never showed up to my place of residence! Looked at my home cameras driver never came to my location!
