I am a long time Toyota purchaser. But I have to say the luster is fading with Toyota. Especially when it comes to service. I have been traveling this summer 9,000 miles visiting the great North West and Canada. Putting this many miles I decided it’s best to get my oil changed. I explained to the Carson Toyota service advisor (11:30 am) I am traveling through the area and needed an oil change. I was expecting an hour wait. He asked me if I could leave my truck ( 2019 Tundra) for the rest of the day. Right! You would think if this place was truly customer oriented they would squeeze me in in order to help me the customer out. Nope. Sorry we are too rigid and only have one process. There was a time when Toyota dealership had an ownership with their product. They cared about a customer and their needs. This reminds me of how the other brands treated their customer. Sad to say I will definitely start looking into other brands for my future needs. Thank you Carson Toyota for your lack of interest in helping me to keep my truck in good running order.

Jhordan was professional and efficient while he processed my paperwork. He explained all of the work that was suggested and checked to see if any other work I might not be aware of was needed. He was respectful and I felt comfortable asking questions. The service department has always done an exceptional job and that is why I continue to return every time I need anything for my car.

It's not a great time for buyers in this market with new cars being sold at well above MSRP. You have to shop around because that markup varies from dealer to dealer. I was looking for a RAV4 and had made inquiries at several dealerships in the area. Jim Parks at Carson Toyota was the only one who said he could get me the model and options I wanted. And he did! He kept me informed of its progress from manufacture to shipping to arrival so I knew when the car would get here. Everyone I dealt with at Carson Toyota, including Ozzy in finance, were wonderful. They were upfront about everything. No surprises. They took care of me and delivered

I just submitted my car to Shift so they could sell it. The fair market value for mine which has 13800 miles with an AWD XLE trim is around 30k. Mine is a 2015 in perfect condition. Pampered even. If you go with Carson, use their online ePrice feature. Those certificate prices that get emailed to you, I found to be fair and competitive.

I'm not sure if the management or Sales team looks at the questions on Maps. But I can tell you, they are very motivated to assist you with a purchase. We bought Both of our vehicles from Carson Toyota. Your best bet is to make an appointment with someone on the sales team to discuss this in person. They can get rather busy at times, hence having an appointment is key. You can always pass on their offer, or just take time to shop around. Maybe they have a website that you could get a quick answer to your question on as well. Good luck, happy shopping!
There should still be a warranty on the car even if it's used. Take it back, for repair or exchange. Read your contract to check warranty limit. Good luck..
