I walked in with my husband to WIN Hyundai Carson without thinking I would be driving out with my new Santa Fe Calligraphy! I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and also to update the software since there was a recall for that. After a few hours, I got my car, and they didn't update the software since the internet was disconnected. He said we would do that the next time. They didn't wash or clean my car, which most dealerships do for their customers. I never come back there and don't recommend it.

A year ago I gave a 5 star rating. Some of the staff deserve 10 stars but I don't want to mislead anyone. There are aspects of this dealership which deserve 1 star. I will run out of room but today with an appointment 5 hours for new tire installation and I won't even be getting an alignment because there machinery is not updated ....this is not ok.

Terrible dealer, go off the reviews. Good dealers are 4.5 or higher. This dealer is below 4.0 which makes it terrible.

They can fix it but it will cost you an arm and leg. My CD player went out on my sonata. The radio works. In order to fix they quoted me $2k for a brand new manufacturer radio.
