This place needs to be shut down. First, there is a bug infestation, all types of bugs, no matter how clean you keep your place or make use of their "pest services" (it does nothing). I found a roach in my fridge somehow??? (report to local health dept) EVERYTHING is broken. Maintenance takes WEEKS if not MONTHS to "fix" things. I guess it's ok for people to go without working appliances? Their after-hours maintenance is a JOKE (as in, they don't actually exist, they just have some 3rd party customer service handle the call) even if your apartment is FLOODING. THERE IS MOLD GROWING FROM BROKEN THINGS TOO. Valet trash service? They came like two times (YES I PUT MY TRASH OUT THE CORRECT TIME, and yet they came at 8PM not 10AM like stated) anyways, they never pick it up. Also, the dumpsters are overflowing with trash, probably not helping the pest infestation! Also, the gates are always broken. The back gate doesn't work at all, and you can't exit from the main gate if you're walking. They'll probably say "we aren't responsible for tenants breaking the gate", well maybe install a more efficient gate, or start penalizing rule breakers! You see the replies, they apologize and say to please come in person or call to discuss remedies! Yeah, well that's FALSE. It's just for show, don't fall for that. They basically shrug their shoulders and act like YOU'RE THE PROBLEM for wanting a LIVABLE apartment! Whoever is running this place is probably going to face eventual legal trouble...

I honestly don’t know where to start with this place. When I originally moved in here(last September), it was great! The management was super friendly, my move in process was smooth, literally no complaints(which is why I’m giving it the 2 stars). These past few months though…. 1. Bugs (read the other reviews on this topic too) 2. Insane trash pile up, but have the audacity to try and charge you, if you leave your trash outside your door-lol. 3. Change of entire staff. The receptionist is rude and half the time doesn’t know anything. 4.Maintenance is okay-ish. My floor flooded, months ago and they’ve yet to replace my washer. Half the time, they don’t fix the problem or fail to read what you’re asking of them(could be the old maintenance staff though) All in all- you’re paying for location. I would definitely recommend reading the reviews for this place, because we can’t all be saying the same thing. There are improvements that need to happen within this complex, for sure. My lease is up very soon. I’ve never been more ready to leave an apartment complex.

Not at all and the maintenance people they hire are not professional most of them have a criminal history, about two weeks ago one was actually arrested on premises while working for an out standing warrant. The maintenance workers that are allowed in your apartment go through your things eat and drink your food. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE
