I’d used Bellhops two times before and they were wonderful- my movers were friendly and on time, and moved everything quickly and safely. Naturally I decided to book a move with them again, but that will be the last time. My movers damaged several of my items with bad moving techniques, potentially stole my TV’s soundbar and a few of my other items (I hate to accuse anyone but it’s highly possible), and were overall sketchy. I should have known something was up when the lead mover was asking me a bunch of questions about how much my apartment’s rent was. The customer service team processing my claim to get some of my money back was very nice and empathetic, but slow. I’ll be using a different moving company next time, and will no longer recommend this company to my friends.

In most cases, moving with the truck Bellhops Movers provides can be cheaper and more efficient for your move. If you prefer to provide and drive your own moving truck, simply select our labor-only services. You'll still get the mind-blowing customer service we're known for. Yes, we do! We understand that moving can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life. That is why we created the Build-Your-Own package system, which allows you to create the service offering that's best for you. Simply enter your address and inventory into our system, and we will recommend the package we believe will work best for you. However, if you feel that our recommendations don't meet your needs, you can customize your package however you feel fit. You can increase or decrease the number of movers, trucks and drivers, and labor hours you reserve. Please note that reducing the number of movers can prolong the move and increase its cost, so make sure to book what you need. This package is billed using our prorated pricing model, so should your move run longer than the minimum two hours, you'll be billed, in prorated increments, only for the time you use.
Yes, they serve that area. I used them for a move from Sandy Springs to Woodstock right before Christmas and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended...
We do not specialize in furniture assembly, and do not supply tools unless you are booking us for a full-service move with a truck, but if it is light assembly and you have the appropriate tools, Bellhops can definitely help!
