Constant noise from above. This is not a place with concrete ceilings or good insulation. All noise/ footsteps travels straight to you. If you’re sensitive to that, don’t move here.

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. The property is well kept, in a safe location, and right next to Piedmont park. The property managers are also amazing to deal with. Jason is always quick to have an answer and ready to help with whatever issue comes up. If my fiancé didn’t get a good job offer in another city we would have definitely stayed until we could purchase a home.

I have lived here for two years and love the location, our unit and the community. Pros: The maintenance team here is truly world class. There have been numerous occasions where I received a knock on my door within minutes of submitting a maintenance request. They are prompt, courteous and effective. I cannot understate how much I appreciate their effectiveness, especially after previously living in locations which neglect maintenance. The leasing office team, Jason and Max, are fantastic. They are friendly, responsive and are open to suggestions for improving this location. Our Unit is a dream. We are fortunate enough to have a lofted unit that I wouldn't replace for any other apartment in this building. Our unit is a one-off which I think makes our home feel all the more special. Guest Parking: The building provides free guest parking behind the gate, which is a rarity in Midtown. Great perk. Community: The community here is full of friendly, neighborly and kind people. I've made lifelong friends with people who live here. The location is perfect. We are on the edge of Midtown, right next to the rainbow crosswalk and sharing a wall with Piedmont Park. This location is the main reason anyone lives in this building. We get to be next to the park, surrounded by beautiful million dollar residential homes all while still being right in the heart of Midtown. Cons: The location is a double edged sword. Due to our proximity to night clubs, the sound can be loud. If you are in building 1 facing 10th street, you should invest in sleeping earplugs! Additionally, to no fault of MAA, we are in the middle of a city. This means there are constantly people around making noise, and a seemingly growing population of people experiencing homelessness seeking refuge in the park. Amenities: There really aren't any. The biggest amenity is that we are next to Piedmont Park. Our gym is small and bare bones, we have no pool, hot tub, resident lounge, rooftop hangout space, or otherwise. They recently added a Pet Spa which is great for me, but not everyone has a dog or grooms them themselves. Renovations: We recently underwent some renovations. This has been a long and difficult process with a lot of uncertainty. It has been 8/9 months and there are still things we are waiting on. This seems to be an issue of MAA being too big of a company to effectively get something this big done. Conclusion: Due to my specific circumstances of location, price I locked in at, my unit and what I desire in a living situation, I rate my experience here 5 stars. There are things I would like improved, but for me, this is somewhere I love to call home. If the prices continues to rise without my concerns being heard, I will reluctantly leave.

I ended up going with another place but the leasing office’s service, specifically Maxine’s, was so great I had to leave a review. Maxine just has a natural warming soul that you instantly connect with. On top of just being a good person she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Some of our apartments include a washer and dryer. We also have an on-site laundry facility.
Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
We offer different types of housing, from studio apartments and garden apartments, to mid-rise buildings and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for a city setting or a more suburban feel, MAA has lots of options for your choosing.
