Great experience but orientation could be shorter and training could be better. Best trainers on site is Mr. Carl sorry don't know last name (1 million miles driver) and Mr. Luis Serrano. Both are highly intellectually knowledged on proper training, skills, and driving. I also loved the other trainers Mrs. Monica, Mrs. Megan, and Mr. James. Don't forget the morning exercises Mr James. On the other hand Mr. Christopher Cass should choose another profession due to lack of patience, passion, and sheer will of wanting to train. Word of advice Mr Cass, one does not wait until the middle of the training week to say "if you don't get this by now, you might as well quit and go home 04/27/2022". Request to Schneider leadership please replace trainer or at least reevaluate on whether he wants to continue with Schneider.

They include our most popular option of up to $7,000 in tuition reimbursement to trucking school and some paid training options in select areas. Give Schneider and Swift a call
You can call Scneider and ask them to recommend a school and they will train you after school. That is what I did a year ago. They will even help pay for the school in some cases.

No, but they will pay for the cost of cdl training as long as you work for one full year with them. They offer a training program for new cdl holders as well as experienced drivers.
