No. There are multiple sign in the parking and along the entry path and at the gate clearly stated No Bags.. a small clutch style bag will be permitted. Don’t ruin your visit by bringing a large purse or backpack, you will be denied and need to return it to your vehicle,

I saw very few people in the dugout to dugout seats (behind the screens) with bags. But there appeared to be carry-ons in the outfield seats & the grassy area behind the outfields. I'd call the stadium to find out exactly what is & isn't allowed. You will have to go thru security similar to an airport or public building, so find out what is allowed in.
