I have been wearing suits for over 30 years. The suit is perfect and the service is outstanding. If you have never had a custom suit you will never know how much better they are than equally priced designer suits. I wish I found this place years ago

A wedding party I was with all got their suits through Pursuit. Here is my honest evaluation of my experience with them. My initial impressions were rather poor. The fitting felt rushed and impersonal, and my appointment was interrupted by another customer. The staff mistakenly jumbled my suit details, fitting me with a much brighter blue than the rest of the groomsmen. Unfortunately, this mistake was only discovered on the day of the wedding. We immediately gave Pursuit a call, and they promised us that they would take care of it. With only a few hours’ notice, they rushed to their warehouse and then to the wedding venue to ensure I had a properly colored suit in time for the ceremony. Afterward they reached back out to apologize and make it right. They not only gifted me the other suit, but had me come back in to have them both fully tailored. Nate and Noah made this experience wonderful and I felt very well taken care of. The final result looks fantastic on me as well. I can confidently say that they are some of the best suits I own now. I truly appreciate Pursuit’s commitment to customer service. You just can’t get this kind of support at Men’s Warehouse. They turned a horror story into a superb experience. I’d be happy to come back for my next suit.

My husband had a fantastic experience with Pursuit. He was able to get fitted quickly for our wedding and everything came in quickly for the groomsmen. We enjoyed going through a local company instead of a chain. Pursuit also was able to work with one of our out of town groomsmen and his suit fit great! The only thing that happened, was the day of our wedding we realized one of the groomens suit was royal blue and not navy blue. We called Pursuit and within 2 hours they had the correct color dropped off at our venue for our groomsmen! He even got to keep both suits! The customer service from pursuit is above and beyond. I will recommend them to anyone in Columbus needing one!
