Yes. Hobbyland across from Kroger has a great staff and everything from model kits and paints to balsa wood, trains, rockets and everything In between. Michael's is the resident craft store and they have a wider range of different kinds of oil and pastel paints. Both great places to check out.
Elsa, It seems this may be a question specific to a retailer. I would suggest contacting them directly, as it may be specific enough to be difficult to handle on a public forum. If you don't get help, try posting on the retailer's Facebook page, there is usually someone who separately monitors those.
