I got an ultrasound at this hospital and I was very impressed by the positive energy and kindness I was met with by the staff. I didn’t have to wait long and the service was done with great quality and compassion. I was glad I chose Saint Luke’s South Hospital today.

My wife is here right now. Came in by ambulance in extreme pain. All you have here is 14 ER rooms. We have now been here 4HOURS. This is completely unsatisfactory. I know there reasons why it's like this but still this is ridiculous. Ya'll need more rooms AND MORE DRS TO HELP. She is still in bad pain and only God knows how much longer we will be. I will give ya'll one more chance and then we will be going elsewhere. Not one person has come to check on her.

I did not have a very good experience at this hospital. I had a hip replacement. The real bad part was how they did the pre surgery tasks. I felt like I was treated like an animal not a human. I felt I had no control over what was happening. I can't even explain it here in detail because it was quite traumatic for me. After surgery my blood pressure was low so they chose NOT to give me ANY pain relief for the entire night. Why would nurse not call a doctor to see what course of action could be taken to help me? I have had many surgeries so this is so different from previous experiences. I have never been in a situation like that. I suffered a whole lot. Unnecessarily. Can you imagine what it feels like to have a total hip replacement done and get NO PAIN MEDICINE AT ALL? I would tell anyone I know to avoid going to this hospital at all cost. Very very upset and disappointed. The best thing about the place was the cleaning lady. She was kind and compassionate, she should become a nurse. She is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
