They need a overall when the buildings in the sidewalks in the street just look filthy before you ever get in the makeshift buildings that look like they going to fall in the ground tomorrow it gave you more of a thrift store feel inside of the stores then an actual strip mall it really need some improvement and some work I'll probably never shop there again

This is not a great neighborhood. The parking lot is littered, cracked, and chock full of potholes. Lots of homeless and drug activity. This seems to be the only kind of neighborhood that you can find plasma donation centers. I am not against the lifesaving merits of plasma donations, but it is usually only the poor (like me) that go to these places.
