The folks at the Lodi store are awesome! We needed a trailer for my sons power chair and these guys explained the differences in the styles and tie downs so we were able to make an informed choice without pressure. Once we made our choice they were very efficient installing tracks for additional tie downs and completing the DMV paperwork. They were very through going over safety and hook up procedures which might not seem like a big deal to most but as an older female it was wonderful. I would like to thank both Will and Martine for all of their help and wonderful customer service I haven’t had service like that in many years. They are a wonderful example for other companies. I highly recommend this store and will be returning for maintenance.

Overall OK. No price break on two trailers! The gentleman at the counter sounded very confident he would be able to help me out. Luckily the manager helped me out when I got there. He did give me a small discount. I did have to wait a very long time...could of just been bad luck. No biggie. Got my trailer!

We were Pleased with the time spent at Trailers Plus in Lodi. From the time we entered the facility until we left the staff showed themselves friendly and knowledgeable. Martin was fantastic and was especially helpful . He took the time and showed ud different options and was never pushey. I don't like pushy sales people
