2008 25' sunseeker with a 10' slide. My Lippert Slide out did not work. They had the vehicle for almost seven weeks. I made a call to Lippert to have them removed from their recommended service provider. Miraculasly it was fixed the next day. The slide broke again six months later they put me on a four month waiting list to bring it back in. As of this writing 7/15/22, I am going to try and have them removed from recommended providers. They have a ridiculous phone system with people that are not knowegable about the industry. I do not think they are qualified for real repairs. I do not recommend them. --Dr. Robert M
