I would think so. There's attendants at main entrance~I would ask them.
The front entrance you'll see when you arrive at the ballpark is handicap friendly. As it is just a really long walk way up to the front gate of the ballpark. You can also ask one of the parking assistance about a golf cart ride to the front entrance of the ballpark as they drive you to the front gate as well.
