We stayed here during independence day long weekend, the price was good deal compared to other places. Front desk staff was really nice in solving any issues occurred during the stay. Now the rest of the things, you get what you pay I guess. Maybe they are understaffed, but the lobbies, elevator looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The double bed room was decent size but little shabby and carpet wasn’t clean. Restroom was cleaned moderately, bedsheets were clean(which was appreciated). No microwave or refrigerator inside the second floor rooms.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. No breakfast as said. Pool not working. Elevator kept breaking. Unclean. Staff said they could not vacuum our room until we left. Had to keep asking for towels. No housekeeping picked up towels.

The girl at the front desk was difficult to understand but really nice. There were a group of young adults hanging out in the lobby. The vending machine was out of order. The outside of the building was dirty. I opened the door to the room and regretted my decision to stay there. It looked and smelled like somebody had just been kicked out and excessive air freshener was sprayed to cover the musty moldy smell. The air in the room was dank...wet. I turned up the air to try to remove the humidity from the room but it didn't work. It was so bad that the bedding (which did appear to be clean) felt wet...so I ended up trying to get some much needed sleep in a cold wet bed. I did not succeed. I would have done better to sleep in my car. I did stay at a very clean and comfortable Comfort Inn in Florida the two nights before so it definitely isn't the brand...

I expected better. It was small, I could have been alright with that but it was shabby, the furniture didn't have drawer pulls, one chair was broken, the other chair was stained, no Bible either. The tv had a horrible picture, only 12 local channels, half of which didn't have sound. The light fixtures had bulbs hanging upside down from the fixture because they weren't right and couldn't screw into the lamp. The bathroom was clean but had a drip, the bed was clean but was sagging on both sides. The walls are thin and you could hear neighbors, the doors were very heavy and had to be slammed so you were woken everytime someone went in and out. The microwave was small and old and a tiny coffee pot. If not for the clean bathroom, we would have left but the door handle to the bathroom was broken. We regretted not leaving the whole time.
