Don't be fool by the pictures. They just paint the building to make it look nice. But in actually, this place is disgusting. There's cracks on the edges. There's molds on the walls. And you don't want to know nasty the rooms are when not vacuum and sheets clean. It makes me want to clean my room often ever since that nasty experience. Not a good to stay, not even a day stay. This place needs to be close or condemn.

Bed was clean, bathroom was pretty clean. Breakfast was simple. Elevator was broken and the sink was falling off the wall & drained slow, but water was good. I don't regret staying there, bit will try not to next time.

Very nice hotel. It’s very clean & neat. I stay here almost every weekend. Unfortunately last weekend we had problems. My fridge was broke two days in a row until it got fixed . Then the next day I go down to the front desk and ask for two wash cloths and two towels they come back with only two towels stating that the house keeping didn’t leave any. Mind you I ask two different hotel clerks for these wash cloths. I’ve talked to Andy about it on my check out date but he brushed me off and acted like he didn’t really want to hear what I had to say, telling me that he can’t do anything about it.

Go to La Quinta next door to this disgusting place. My room was 46° when I arrived, heater did not work, front desk gave me an attitude, I was given a small portable heater and was told that was good enough. Room was dirty with stains/dried fluid on tile floors and on shower walls and hair around toilet, tub, sink and floors. I asked to be moved to another room and was told no, we're full. I said, how can you be full when there's only 15 cars in the parking lot. His reply, we're full. I asked for a credit due to the major inconvenience of no heat/dirty room, the room being so cold and got a NO with an attitude, and he then gave me a portable heater and said the room was already cleaned. It took well over 2 hours to get the room somewhat warm and I didn't get there until 1:00am and had to leave by 10:00am. So, it was close to 2:30am before the room was somewhat warm and I was able to finally fall asleep. With leaving at 10am to get back on the road a decent sleep was important but I could not get that. I can't believe they refused to give me a credit due to the major inconvenience of my room being 46° on arrival and taking over 2 hours to get it to 64° using a portable heater, not to mention how disgusting the room was. Don't bother with this place, they care more about the homeless living there then they do paying customers.
