The first room remains a 1 star if I could give it 0 stars I would. Jeremy moved my room and the next room was much better, and cleaner. It seems the second room was in a renovated area of the hotel. My son who has severe asthma slept fine in the second room. If we stayed in the first room we would have most likely needed a trip to the ER for an asthma attack. Front desk staff is excellent. Both evening and morning staff are excellent.

The trash cans were not empty, and the furniture had cup or drink rings on the surface.Little sugar ants were crawling behind the nightstand because one bit me on my arm. The shower was not set properly it had water running on the floor a when we took a shower.The next day I notice red bites on my neck and leg area,so they might need to spray more thoroughly for any type of insects or may need to clean the mattress and sheets better. At check out time the attendance did not ask how was our stay she just said drop the key in the basket and gave me a receipt. )lack of cleaning and need better customer service. The clerk that checked us in was super professional though.

Very clean, quiet, good mattress and pillows. We were expecting a low star stay, I don't know why but we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. So on our travels back home we will definitely be staying here again. 😊

Front desk was pretty friendly. I didn't have a reservation but she made it a quick and painless process, Got a long size bed. The room seemed like it was remodeled not long ago but it was very stingy. Someone definitely smoked in the room and they tried to cover it up. Room just seemed dark and forgotten. But the main reason I'm giving it 3 starts is because the AC/heater unit sounded like a locomotive, it would shake the whole room every time it kicked on. It was late, I was tired and didn't want to deal with it so I just turned it off and slept in my clothes to stay warm. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Also heads up, no bathtubs in the rooms. But this didn't affect my rating.
