I was nervous bringing my two dogs during my recent stay. I had to rush out of town for an emergency. I was happy this hotel offered larger rooms so that we didn't feel on top of each other during the stressful time. Everyone including guests were polite and the hotel was quiet...with the exception of my dogs first night stay lol

My family & I stayed here for ONLY 1 night. This hotel looked very nice & clean but it wasn’t what we thought in the morning. We checked in after 10:30pm that night. My sister & niece woke up with red spots all over their body which appeared like bed bugs bites. We immediately notified the housekeeper on that floor & walked downstairs to notify the front desk staff. They said they had to notify their manager. She even pulled her shirt down & pulled her pants leg up & showed them the bites all over her. The lady at the desk mentioned that the hotel had just became “Pet Friendly” & that could be a reason. If that was the case, the rooms should have been cleaned properly before allowing another guest to check in. But anyways, my sister has a pet & she nor my niece are allergic to animals. I finally spoke to the manager & he said that he would have a Pest Company come check it out during that week before he could handle the situation. Well a week later, a lady named Pam Smith emailed me in regards to this incident & basically said they found nothing in the room. SOMETHING HAPPENED FROM 10:30pm THAT NIGHT UNTIL EARLY MORNING WHEN THEY WOKE UP!!!! Nevertheless, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if they don’t value their guest!!!! And I would never, ever, EVERRRR stay here again. There are other hotels in that area, I would choose one of them or sleep in my car first. Wouldn’t even let my dog stay there.

As my wife and I traveled to Florida we got caught in a rain storm and decided to stop in Florence for the night. We ate dinner at Cracker Barrel which is right down the street from the hotel. After we checked in we received a king suite for a minimal price. It was a very roomy and comfortable place. We enjoyed being there so much that we stayed there on our return trip. On our return trip we notified the hotel staff that we would be arriving late in the evening. After we arrived and checked in we went to our room and the staff had left a light on for us. Very nice and classy touch. Another great night and the breakfasts in the morning are just as wonderful. We definitely be staying there on other trips. Thanks so much for caring

We came in on Friday night and stayed until Sunday. On Saturday morning we got woken up by loud machines in the hallway right outside our door. They was on all day on Saturday and woke us up on Sunday morning as well. The carped outside our room all the way to the elevator was soaking in water every step you took it would puddle up around your feet. The indoor pool was freezing and there was so many chemicals in the pool it would break your skin out. There was also water leaks all over the ceiling and water coming out of the elevators. Would NOT recommend this place, we definitely did not get our money’s worth. When brought up to the lady at the front desk she was very rude and had NO sympathy at all.
