A solid hotel with great staff in a well stocked snack area. Rooms are clean, parking appears to be safe and the whole process was smooth. Although I don't plan to ever visit Florence again if I do, this is where I will stay. Excellent location close to good pizza, good food and essential shopping.

Recommending finding another hotel. My flight was delayed in Charlotte NC. Having to drive home to Conway at 1:30 a.m. I was getting tired so I decided to get a hotel. To go to work The next morning in Florence and made more sense for me to stay the 4 hours till I had to get up. Past if they had a room because the parking lot was empty. I was willing to run around at the cost of $140 and which they had plenty. Even had my military ID with me. They would not rent me a room due to my home being within a 50 mi radius. My home is 43 miles away. I explained to the individual that I was tired and I had to work early in the morning but he had no care. Also he was not presentable and could care less about my safety. I called this morning to speak the management and now I know where the problem is. Customer service is not their forte. Went across the street to the courtyard Marriott and I told him that my situation and they could not believe it. They stated that the Hilton is known for bad service. Plenty of good hotels around now I know why the parking lot was empty.

Very Comfortable Room. It was well appointed and up to date. The Keurig was a nice touch. I was there for business so I appreciated the bench near the closet to make getting dressed easier. During our award dinner, the variety and quality of food was exceptional.

The reason this hotel gets four stars, unfortunately, is due to the fact that it is a little old, a little dated. However, it is immaculately clean. Everyone that works here has been over the top providing fantastic service. At our breakfast this morning we had a wonderful server named Annie. She should be training Wait Staff all over the country because she was fantastic.

The hotel is enforcing mask mandates. I'm not sure if they're accommodating people with medical exemptions though.
I did see some guests with pets but I'm not sure if there's a fee
