Repair done Friday afternoon. Windshield wiper motor issues after service. wipers will not turn off and continue fidgeting . called afterhours only to be placed in loop of pre-recorded automated system. left an online customer service message Saturday, no response. This morning had to call the corporate number, to reach a real person .

In March 2022 I had a windshield replaced, I have been a lifelong customer of safe flight and I will no longer ever have them do another windshield again. The technician lied to me and told me about a special package they had on the wipers that they would replace them every six months and found out that that was actually just a scam on his part. I talk to the regional manager, David, and he Belittled me saying that I did not speak English well enough basically and that he did. I was born in the US raised in the US and I speak very well English. I’m trying to contact the complaint department at corporate and cannot get through to them. Safelite you will no longer get my business or any of my friends or business acquaintances business again. They are all upset on how I was treated and for the regional manager to belittle me about where I may or may not have been born he didn’t even ask and it doesn’t matter he shouldn’t judge the lie that that employee did on where I was born. By the way I am a US citizen and I was born in the US and I speak very good English. So long safe flight. You will no longer get our business and stop lying to your customers. I hope somebody from corporate raises and will contact me. The regional manager did say he would send me a check for the wipers that I paid for rather than the package I paid for and I should be expecting a check within two weeks. After this posting it’ll be interesting to see if he lies and doesn’t send it. What happened to safelights customer service and their integrity?

I am with a body shop and a customer brought their vehicle in for body repairs and stated they had a separate claim for windshield replacement through Farmers/Safelite . So we had the windshield replaced and sent the invoices and final bill to Safelite Solutions/Shop Care. This process started in June 2022, it's September 15th and we are still not paid for said services. All they want to do is pay what we paid and not allow us to mark up the invoice. We are a business and we are not here to do work for free. And it's impossible to get someone from the company to physically call you.
