How do you contact the receptionist or the HR department? I can't find the phone number ANYWHERE online and when I finally connected to a CSR, they said they would transfer me and HUNG UP.

I'm so sorry that happened, definitely ask for a supervisor and let them know what you need so they can help get you the correct dept or info.

Call that same number and ask for a manager. HR only handles hiring and firing

Just call the safelite number and they will transfer you to HR. They are fast too!
