We took a trip to Wenatchee to get away for a few days. We enjoy shopping at thrift stores and Goodwill is one we particularly enjoy. So naturally we stopped at yours. What a disappointment. Both staff and customers were rude. Some staff members were blocking two aisles just visiting. Things weren't priced and what was marked was higher than we normally spend on items. I had picked out two coffee mugs to purchase. Like all the other coffee mugs there was no price. So the clerk wouldn't sell them to me because he said they must be part of a set. The only employee who was friendly and helpful was the young lady who was sanitizing the carts. She was great! At least she was 1 positive thing about your store.

Got to the store about 6:10 by 6:30 I found what I needed and was getting ready to ask for a dressing room to be opened up to make sure everything fit when the cashier states over loud speaker the dressing rooms were now closed and everyone needed to exit them I went up to her and asked if I could use it for like 4 mins and that I would be quick she said she would go ask supervisor comes back and says no I'm sorry you can't I was pretty upset there was still a half hour till closing I have been in this store during the half hour markers of closing time and this has never been the case only going over loud speaker for count down to closing had I'd known I wouldn't have even wasted my time going in.. It will not let me respond to what u said so I had to edit it would have been nice to come home with some great finds but I didn't I left store empty handed there was no great finds cause I was unable to try anything on to find out if it was a great find or not I would like to hear back from you when you speak to the manager I would like to know when this not being able to use dressing room half hour before closing came into effect thank you for u time.

I like the selection, always leave with something. I do all of my donating at this Goodwill and they are kind enough to offer a 20% coupon for future shopping trips. The donation center guys are also very friendly and always willing to help lift stuff from my rig.
