During my visit at Herweck's, all employees that were on the floor, had masks on and so did all the customers that were in the store and customers entering the store. Signs were posted at the entry to the store indicating that mask was required prior to entry.

Yes this open for the public. They have everything for arts and crafts supplies. They also have t-shirt presses and vinyl cutting machines.
U should call them but they really not craft supply u should try hobby lobby. Herwicks is good for Fine Arts though
I've also had trouble with the website lately. I think they had a notice posted online before that explained the situation. Try Googling their phone number and call instead. Or just stop in.
